32- Cardinal

The target audience for this cover would probably be teenagers (14-19) who like alternative indie. I like how simple this cover is. It's only two squares in which they intertwine with each other making and interesting concept to look at. There's also a nice amount of contrast between the dark red boxes and the bright blue letters. I feel the designer's idea for the cover was to have it be simple and recognizable. If you're a fan of Pinegrove, you see those boxes and think Pinegrove. This art was seen as the cover for Pinegrove' album "Cardinal"
