The target audience for this cover is probably late teenage-early adult men and women(16-23) Who like rock music. This album cover takes a quite different take, it's more artistic than it is graphic. I find how the cover appears to painted rather than graphically made really different. I also like how on either side, the colors alternate. I believe the designer's idea was to create a rustic feeling, more hand drawn than graphic. This was seen as the cover art for Pinegrove's album "11:11"
